nforce2 problems
I have a nforce based motherboard ... but sound 's quality is very poor. <snip> at this point xmms can play mp3s using alsa, but sound is very bad. I rarely use my nforce2 audio because I have an SB Audigy, but when I did use it I remember hearing pops and clicks while listening to music. Maybe as other people said

Does anyone have any comments as to how the onboard audio on an nForce motherboard compares to the Santa Cruz? I may be changing my motherboard soon, and don't know whether to continue using the Santa Cruz. If you're going to be getting an nForce board, then why not just try it both ways and see which you like
